*Post 2 of our series ahead of the International Digital Energy Expo 2026, Shenzhen, 15 to 17 September, booth 1G46.*
Walk through most energy manufacturers today and AI is already in the building. A few ChatGPT subscriptions in sales, a Claude account in engineering, a Chinese model in the Shenzhen office, a different one again in the Vietnam plant. What is missing is one place where everyone can use the best models safely, with company data connected, where each person sees only what they are allowed to see, and where there is a record of what was done.
That is the gap we close, and it is what we will be showing at booth 1G46.
The problem is not the models. It is control.
- Shadow AI. People paste customer data, drawings and quotes into personal AI accounts. Nobody knows what left the company.
- No answer for auditors. Clients and partners now ask "how is AI used on our data?" Silence is not an answer.
- Disconnected. The AI does not know your orders, your emails or your products, so every answer needs copy and paste.
- One tool per region. A team split across China, Vietnam, Mexico and Europe ends up with different tools, different accounts and different rules.
- Lock-in. Per-seat SaaS assistants own the history, the connectors and the roadmap.
For a company building plants abroad, this multiplies with every new site.
Four levels, one platform
We deploy a private AI portal for your team and grow it step by step. Each level is useful on its own, each builds on the previous one, and you can stop at any level. The platform underneath is the same from day one, so nothing is thrown away when you move up.
Level 1, Enable: a safe AI workplace. Every employee logs in with the company account and gets the best models of the moment in one interface: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Qwen and others behind a single gateway, with web search, file upload and a shared prompt library. Single sign-on with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so joiners and leavers are handled by your directory. IT sees who uses what, and what it costs. A .cn entry point where you need one, no VPN.
Level 2, Connect: AI plugged into your systems, as you. The assistant reads your email, looks up your ERP and searches the web, and it does so as *you*: your mailbox, your ERP rights, nothing more. Email is search, read, summarise and draft, never send without a human. The ERP tool covers quotations, orders, products, partners and invoices, with rights enforced inside the ERP itself. Every tool call carries the user's identity; a call without identity is refused.
Level 3, Agents and knowledge: assistants that specialise and remember. Named assistants with a role, a memory and a knowledge base. A sales assistant that knows your catalogue. A sourcing assistant that knows your suppliers. A customer-care assistant that knows your warranty policy. Answers cite your documents, corrections stick, and hand-offs between assistants stay under the same identity and audit trail.
Level 4, Automate: AI that does the work on a schedule. The Monday pipeline summary is in the inbox at 8:00. A quotation follow-up draft appears three days after sending. A supplier email is triaged into the right job. Humans approve, the system executes, and every automation sits in a registry with logs and a kill switch.
Why this is different from buying seats
- One portal, all models, all regions, not one SaaS per zone with two identities and two histories.
- Per-user identity end to end. No shared super-account. The ERP enforces its own rights.
- Traceable by construction. Every model call and every tool call is logged per user. That is your answer when a client asks how AI touches their data.
- Drafts, not sends. Proposals, not changes. People approve.
- Yours to keep. Open-source components (Open WebUI, LiteLLM, n8n, MCP), standard protocols, hosted on your cloud, ours or a mix, in the region you choose.
- Metered cost. You pay the model providers for what you use, not a seat price for every employee.
- Built by people who know your ERP. The connectors are written by a team that has implemented and supported Odoo for years.
See it at booth 1G46
Bring a real question from your own operation: "Are we ready for the EU battery passport?" "How do we invoice in Mexico?" "Which supplier emails are still unanswered?" Watch the private assistant answer from your kind of data, then draft the reply for a human to approve.
