What we deliver

  • Tools exposed through MCP (Model Context Protocol), the open standard for connecting AI to systems. Each tool is a small n8n workflow, easy to read and change, protected by a token.
  • Email tool: search, read, summarise, and prepare draft replies in the user's own mailbox. No sending without a human. Works with Microsoft 365 (including the China cloud) and Google Workspace.
  • ERP tool (Odoo today; other ERPs on request): purpose-built functions such as "get quotations", "get sale orders", "get purchase orders", "get products", "get partners", "get invoices", each returning the fields your team actually uses. Rights are enforced inside the ERP: the tool runs as the connected user, and tool families are granted through ERP groups your admin controls.
  • Web search and extraction tool.
  • Image generation through the same gateway, tracked like any other usage.
  • Per-user identity end to end: the portal passes the connected user's identity to every tool through a trusted proxy. The model cannot impersonate anyone, and a call without identity is refused.
  • Tool visibility managed in the portal: base tools for everyone, extra tools per group, changed in seconds without a restart.

Typical duration: 2 to 4 working days per connector. Email and Odoo are ready-made; a new system typically needs 3 to 8 days.

Prerequisites. Application access granted by your IT (read scopes only by default), a technical ERP account, a list of the objects and fields that matter.
