What we deliver

  • A private AI portal on your domain (for example ai.yourcompany.com), hosted on your cloud or ours, in the region you choose.
  • Single sign-on (SSO) with your identity provider (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Google Workspace, or others). New employees are provisioned on first login, leavers lose access when their account is disabled.
  • A curated set of models behind one gateway: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Qwen, others on request. The gateway (LiteLLM) records every request per user and per team, so usage and cost are visible and exportable.
  • Sensible defaults for what users can do (notes, folders, automations, image generation, code interpreter), plus groups for finer control.
  • Branding (name, logo), two entry points where needed (for example .com for the world and .cn for China, with a licensed accelerator instead of a VPN).
  • A one-hour onboarding session and a one-page user guide.

Typical duration: 3 to 5 working days from kick-off to first user.

Prerequisites. An identity provider admin able to register one application (we send the exact settings), a domain name, a hosting decision.
